Qualifications:The ideal candidate must have a NYS Physical Therapist license, and pediatric experience, preferably within a Committee on Preschool Special Education and/or Early Intervention program.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to preschool childrenMaintain therapy records and session notesTimely submission of periodic reports: Annual, Quarterly and Aging-outAssist in the development of student’s IEPEffectively communicate with staff and parentsThe daily work hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
