Physical TherapistTherapy and Learning Center, Inc. (TLC) is currently seeking a full timePhysical Therapist for our center-based Special Education Preschool program located at 1723 8th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215.In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide direct service in a beautiful state of the art facility and work with children from multicultural families, while working alongside a dynamic transdisciplinary team.Qualifications:The ideal candidate must have a NYS Physical Therapist license, and pediatric experience, preferably within a Committee on Preschool Special Education and/or Early Intervention program.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to preschool childrenMaintain therapy records and session notesTimely submission of periodic reports: Annual, Quarterly and Aging-outAssist in the development of student’s IEPEffectively communicate with staff and parentsThe daily work hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. This position is a 12-month position.
