In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide direct service in a beautiful state of the art facility and work with children from multicultural families, while working alongside a dynamic transdisciplinary team. Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a NYS Physical Therapist license, and pediatric experience, preferably within a Committee on Preschool Special Education and/or Early Intervention program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to preschool children Maintain therapy records and session notes Timely submission of periodic reports: Annual, Quarterly and Aging-out Assist in the development of student’s IEP Effectively communicate with staff and parents The daily work hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
