Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Full-Time, Year-Round) Salary: Approximately $73,000 annually Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including excellent health coverage and a pension plan. Monday - Friday Possess prior electrical maintenance experience Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on electrical systems and equipment Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable state and local codes and district standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Collaborate with custodial, maintenance, and administrative staff to support safe and efficient school operations Respond to after-hours or emergency calls as required Maintain accurate work orders and documentation of completed repairs Follow all OSHA, state, and district safety procedures Demonstrate professionalism when working around students, staff, and the public QUALIFICATIONS: Hold a valid Connecticut electrical license (E-1 license preferred) Union Contract Position - for more information feel free to call 203-312-5660.
