We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Generalist Teacher to join our team. This position involves working with students with disabilities across multiple subject areas. The ideal candidate will create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, provide individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals, and collaborate with staff and families to ensure student success.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver instruction in various subject areas, tailored to students' needs and aligned with their IEP goalsUtilize evidence-based strategies to support academic, social, and behavioral developmentFoster an inclusive, supportive, and respectful classroom environmentConduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction as neededCollaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to enhance student learning outcomesIntegrate technology and assistive tools to support individualized learningMaintain accurate records and documentation of student performance and IEP complianceParticipate in professional development and adhere to school policies and proceduresServe as a positive role model for students and staffQualifications:Applicant must hold the Students with Disabilities Grade 7-12 Generalist certificateExperience working with students with disabilities is preferredKnowledge of curriculum, assessment, and intervention strategies for diverse learnersStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environmentStarting Salary: $52,288 - $72,056
