Qualifications:Experience in large scale cooking preferredRequires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbsMust have full fingerprinting clearance Essential Duties (include, but are not limited to):Assist in all areas of meal preparation, service, and cleanupFollow batch-cooking procedures and serve food properly and attractivelyCook and follow standardized recipesPlace, receive, inspect and check all food, drink, and supply deliveriesAbility to assist and complete paperwork and record keepingComplete responsibilities in a timely mannerCommunicate and work collaboratively with supervisors and colleaguesFollow proper food handling and sanitation procedures (HACCP)Other related duties assigned by the School Lunch Director or their designee Location: Elementary Time: 5 to 5.9 Hours Per Day Deadline: September 15, 2024 Effective: o/a September 19, 2024 Application Instructions: Qualified candidates should apply via OLAS or via email with resume and cover letter to personnel@glencoveschools.org before the deadline.
