Links Academy is seeking part-time Math and Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth/Physical, Environmental) instructors. Part-time at Links Academy can vary from 3-15 hours a week depending on your availability. Links Academy is a 6-12 grade, NEASC-accredited school that utilizesthe 1:1 educational model to deliver a college preparatory educationalexperience at the student’s pace. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a flexiblework schedule between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Qualifications:· 1-3 years of teaching experience to Middle and High School age students· A background of educating students who may require differentiated instruction and may have social and/or learning challenges.· Willingness to create a learning environment that accounts for students' social, emotional, and executive functioning needs.· Commitment to helping children of all abilities reach their full potential.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Collaborative, enthusiastic and flexible style to fit with our small-team environment.· Bachelor’s degree in Math, or Science; Master’s degree a plus.
