Location: POBJFK High SchoolResponsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the New York State Social Studies Framework.- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning for a diverse group of students.- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and shared best practices.- Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.Key Qualifications: - Motivated and passionate about teaching social studies and civics.- Strong understanding of curriculum and instructional strategies.- Work in a school district that values creativity and innovation in education.- Make a positive impact on students’ language learning journey.
