Occupational Therapist 1.0 FTEWith a population of approximately 300 students, Menands School is a unique Pre-K-8 school and district. We are a very supportive school community, and work collaboratively to meet the diverse needs of our students in a nurturing environment. Menands School is looking to fill an anticipated opening for a full-time Occupational Therapist/Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work with students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding and respect for children and families from diverse backgrounds, and a strong knowledge of school-based therapy. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and/or a strong desire for working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.Applicants must possess NYS OTR/L or COTA certification.
