We seek an outstanding educator with experience teaching elementary curriculum in Spanish. SPECIFIC SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Strong knowledge of the elementary content area standards;Ability to develop lesson plans that balance language and content goals;Ability to plan and execute rigorous lessons that engage children, while providing scaffolds;Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators and parents;Highly organized and detailed oriented;Deep understanding of second language acquisition;Knowledge of the Spanish language and culture;Ability to infuse technology to impact language learning and engage students.
