We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our educational team to support student success and functional independence.This is a part-time (0.3 FTE) position, which equates to approximately 80 minutes of service per school day. This role is ideal for an OT seeking to maintain a clinical presence in schools while balancing other professional or personal commitments.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will work directly with students, teachers, and families to remove barriers to learning.Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct formal and informal assessments to determine students’ functional levels in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and visual-motor integration.IEP Development: Collaborate with the Special Education team to develop measurable goals and objectives for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Direct Intervention: Provide high-quality therapy sessions (individual or small group) focused on improving classroom performance.Consultation: Advise teachers on classroom modifications, adaptive equipment, and sensory strategies to create an inclusive learning environment.Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records of student progress and service logs in compliance with state and district regulations.
