The Superintendent of Schools/Principal will be a strong, effective leader who will use their broad experience to work with the Board of Education and district stakeholders to create and execute a collaborative vision for the district. Our next Superintendent/Principal will be someone who:Effectively communicates with honesty and integrity, and shares information in a timely, transparent way.Builds strong relationships, is open-minded, and exhibits excellent listening skills.A strong leader who is decisive, fair, and able to unite a wide range of stakeholders around a shared vision for the district.Prioritizes the safety of students and actively secures the building and grounds.Is an experienced administrator with success in budget management, as well as past experience teaching in the classroom.Understands the needs of a small, rural community.
