To oversee the coordination and supervision offinancial operations for school districts in the SharedBusiness Office.- To oversee the preparation and accuracy of financialreports required by the Board, the Superintendent ofSchools or District Superintendent, the State EducationDepartment, the State comptroller and other agencies.- To oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthlyreports as required.- To supervise the preparation of the preliminary andfinal budget documents.- To attend Board and Committee meetings as requiredby the Superintendent of Schools which may befrequently during the budget season.- To perform other such duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and Business Services
