The West Islip UFSD is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III HVAC mechanics. Experience with commercial aid conditioning systems, ducted ventilation systems, mini-splits, heating and boilers, steam and condensate systems, digital and pneumatic controls, etc. Some plumbing and electrical preferred. DX / refrigeration license desired, but not required.The district is also seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III primary trade experience in commercial carpentry and painting. Also desirable to have secondary trade experience in any of the following; commercial electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fabrication or door/hardware repairs.Interested candidates should submit cover letter and resume through OLAS to the attention of James Cameron, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources.
