Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with each child’s IEP· Provide therapy to support the development of speech, language, articulation, pragmatic, cognitive, and executive functioning skills· Maintain accurate and timely session documentation, including daily notes and attendance· Monitor and collect data on IEP goals; prepare and submit quarterly progress reports· Prepare comprehensive annual review reports and present findings during school district review meetings· Develop appropriate IEP goals and contribute to relevant IEP sections· Conduct and document formal speech language therapy evaluations· Collaborate with families and educators to support the child’s development and progressCompensation & Benefits:· Hourly Rate: $60.00–$70.00· Full-Time Salary: Starting at $70,000 (negotiable depending on experience).· Benefits for Full-Time Employees: 401(k)Medical insuranceJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractAt Red Door, we are committed to supporting our therapists with a collaborative environment, flexible scheduling, and professional growth opportunities.
