Red Door Therapeutic Services is currently seeking a licensed and experienced Physical Therapist to provide services to children ages 3–5. This role includes delivering therapy in our center-based preschool program, outpatient clinic, and within local preschools, daycares, and home environments. We offer flexible scheduling and welcome full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service applicants.Required Qualifications:· Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy· Minimum of 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience· Current New York State licensure in Physical TherapyKey Responsibilities:· Develop and implement individualized evidenced based and goal-driven treatment plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs· Provide therapy to improve gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility· Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including daily session notes and attendance records· Monitor and collect data on IEP goals and submit quarterly progress reports· Prepare and present comprehensive annual review reports· Create and update individualized goals in collaboration with the educational team and contribute to relevant IEP sections· Conduct and document comprehensive physical therapy evaluations· Provide education and ongoing communication to families and educators regarding a child’s progress· Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care and student successCompensation & Benefits:· Hourly Rate: $60.00–$70.00 (depending on experience and role type)· Full-Time Salary: Starting at $70,000 (negotiable depending on experience).· Benefits for Full-Time Employees: 401(k), medical insuranceJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractAt Red Door, we are committed to supporting our therapists with a collaborative environment, flexible scheduling, and professional growth opportunities.
