Job descriptionRed Door Learning Centers, a special education preschool, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to children aged three to five years old. If interested, additional work opportunities are available in our outpatient facility, and within our local preschools, daycares, and homes! We are looking for full time, part time, and fee for service therapists. Pediatric experience preferred. Required QualificationsMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required in pediatrics. Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.Current license in NY.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement creative interventions and treatment plans Provide therapy services to improve fine motor, visual perceptual. visual motor, sensory motor, adaptive, cognitive, and social skills.Maintain daily notes and attendance sheetsCollect data on IEP goals and report on progress quarterlyFormally report on a child’s yearly progress through the annual reviewCreate and develop individualized goalsAdminister and write up occupational therapy evaluationsEducate and support families and teachers Collaborate and consult with other professionals and disciplinesBenefitsFull time Salary $60-70K PLUS 401KMedical insurance ReimbursementJob Types: Part-time, Full-timePay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
