A Classroom Aide provides direct instructional or residential support services to children individually and in small groups under the general supervision of the Special Education Teacher during school hours and the house manager when working residentially. Classroom Aides are expected to serve children in accordance with the Pathfinder Village mission “that each life may find meaning.Classroom Aides are part of a team working to support children in their instructional and residential program. As such they are expected to support and assist in the general operation of the classroom or house.Qualifications: Valid New York State Drivers License.High School or Equivalency Diploma.
