Copy and distribute daily attendance reports. Review and finalize student report card entries, transcripts and progress notes and prepare for distribution. Enter new student schedules and modify as needed. Remove data on students who leave or graduate from all reporting management programs. Print Student lunch cards. Run requested reports as needed. Update student demographic changes and inform appropriate departments. Set up the new school year with School Calendar, and classroom assignments. Close out the end of school year data. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESInput student information in FrontLine /IEP Direct and Easy Trac software programsAdd new student information with all related services information on FrontLineCreate new student folders following Medicaid Document Checklist for Easy Trac to upload monthly related services notesMonthly review of white registers for each teacher and reconcile with Power School attendance, and certify all white registers at year endMonthly review of white registers for each teacher and reconcile with Power School attendance, and certify all white registers at year endReview Certified Monthly Review (CMR) roster for student additions and terminationsAdd School year calendar into all school data base programs Monitor the Non-Public-School Information System (NPSIS) with new student information and terminationsOversee and Manage the One Call Now Communication System.
