Special Education Finance Analyst ( Billing and Related Service Coordinator)As Special Education Finance Analyst, the position is based on a 25 hour per week work schedule. Theresponsibilities include the following: Payroll therapist tracking and reporting for Toward Tomorrow Department and if needed, support staff benefits reporting. CFR accounting including salary allocations, 1:1 tracking, expense reporting, TT programspecialists accounting, etc. working with TT Director of Data Analysis and JCC Finance staff. Direct and instruct TT support staff regarding maintaining records necessary for the CFR. Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets as needed for CFR reporting and support new software. Manage system implementation and generate TT monthly billing using the CPSE Portal and work with JCC finance stafffor TT program billing accounting. Check daily log notes and attendance sheets (cm-2) and complete the billing process including creating and submitting vouchers, keeping RS1 datasheets and tracking monthly payments. Manage and generate UPK monthly billing and work with JCC finance staff for TT UPK billing. Oversee TT Related Service department including working with Special Education and RelatedService Director, parents, school districts and TT staff. Manage all related service referrals through correspondence with local school districts and acting as liaison between therapists and chairpersons. Obtain prescriptions and IEP’s from the school districts for all related service students. Ensure that data is set up in the CPSE PORTAL for therapist’s log notes and tracking.Coordinate the quarterly progress report process. Oversee Related Service Assistant work including billing, data setup, accounting, private pay cases and annual reporting process.We are an equal opportunity employer.
