Harmony Heights is a therapeutic special education high school located on Long Island. Harmony Heights is looking for a certified high school math teacher to join our team for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, highly engaging, and student-centered.Candidate must:>Hold a valid and current New York State teaching certification>Have a strong understanding of Algebra l and ll content>Have taught regents math curriculum>Be able to differentiate content and materials to meet the needs of special education studentsHarmony Heights is a year round school, with a 6 week summer program.
