Harmony Heights Day School, located in East Norwich, NY has an immediate opening for a full-time therapist. Salary negotiable based on experience. The candidate will provide individual and group therapy on a weekly basis, work directly with the Director of Clinical Services, Clinical Supervisor, clinical team and school staff. Our students are placed at Harmony Heights through their local school districts due to issues with depression, severe anxiety, school refusal, mood disorders and past trauma. We strive to provide a safe, positive and nurturing learning environment in a small therapeutic school community to students who have been unsuccessful in their home school districts. School calendar 10 months and a 6-week summer school program. Therapist will carry as caseload of 16 students, maintain clinical notes. Full time, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and Tuesday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. to attend Staff Meetings.
