Harmony Heights School is seeking a Part Time Controller/Business Manager to join our dynamic team at Harmony Heights School. The Controller leads all aspects of the finance and accounting functions.>Plays a key role in the annual audit of the organization, preparation of the financial reports, budgets, Cost Reports and 1990's>Oversee the accounting process of the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking, Financial Systems, and Accounting Software>Monthly and Yearly Closing Process, Audits, Oversee Payroll>Attend monthly Board Meetings and present financial information and updates as needed>Attend Committee of the Whole Meetings as neededA minimum of 5 years accounting experience required, preferably in a non-profit environment. Provide supervision to the team as needed. Hours and days are flexible for this part time position. Excellent working conditions and good team support. Bachelors Degree preferred.
