Harmony Heights School has an immediate part time opening for a school maintenance/custodian. We are a state approved special education school located in East Norwich on the North Shore of Long Island. Responsibilities include daily response to school concerns and issues, i.e. minor emergencies in the school building, reviewing the maintenance log daily, providing supplies throughout the building, small repairs, lawn and property maintenance. The candidate will work under the direction of the Facilities Manager and create a daily routine to address school responsibilities as needed. All candidates must provide a resume and 3 letters of reference. This part time position requires 4 hours daily, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., although hours maybe be flexible. This position may lead to a full time position.
