As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Meliora, you’ll lead the design and delivery of behavior support that helps students build meaningful skills and return to their communities with confidence. You will partner with educators, clinicians, and families to create consistent, evidence-based programs that meet each learner where they are and move them forward. In this role, you will blend clinical expertise with hands-on coaching. You will guide staff, support families, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure every student receives thoughtful, individualized care. Your work will directly shape student outcomes, strengthen team practice, and support successful reintegration to home districts.
