GREENWICH EDUCATION GROUPDirector of Human Resources ? Oversees and ensures the success of the employee recruiting and retention process.? In coordination with Chief Financial Officer, set compensation policy anddetermine/approve compensation levels for new and existing staff.? Advise school and corporate leadership on staff disciplinary and performance issues andconduct meetings with affected employees. Determine appropriate levels of remediation/discipline and manage process in cooperation with company and school leaders.? Manage reductions in force if needed.? As Title IX/EO Coordinator, ensure that company and its schools/business lines are incompliance with all applicable equal opportunity laws and regulations. Conductinvestigations of discrimination complaints by staff and students, and determineresolution of complaints in cooperation with leadership.Supervise and provide direction and supervision to the Human Resources and Benefits Manager.? Ensure that all staff hold the appropriate certifications and licenses for their positions.Advise leadership in certification issues and work with staff and State to resolvecertification deficiencies.Prepare updates to the company employee handbook and related written policies.Communicate changes in policy to company employees.? Advise staff on leave options and approve all leaves of absence in compliance withapplicable law.? Review requests for disability accommodations and ensure reasonable accommodationsare provided in accordance with applicable law.? Ensure compliance with wage and hour requirements, workers compensation,unemployment, and other employment laws and regulations. Qualifications:Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree.
