Seward Institute. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to academic excellence and embody our core values of collaboration, accountability, respect, and empathy. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students while working within a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and curriculum.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.Utilize various instructional strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning community.Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with best practices in language education.
