POSITION: Health Teacher Long Term Substitute Start ASAP - June 30, 2023 LOCATION: Middle School/High School QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred New York State certified (or certifiable) in physical education and health; familiarity with current research, methodology and learning standards in physical education and health. Previous background/ experience desirable. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are examples of typical duties associated with the position; but the list is not all inclusive, and other duties appropriate to the position may also be assigned. 1. Delivery of middle school/high school and health program. 2. Participation as required and/or able, on building and district curriculum or program committees; 3. Participation in building planning/problem solving efforts as needed or required; 4.
