POSITION: PRINCIPAL: Coxsackie-Athens Middle SchoolJOB GOAL: To promote the educational development of each student in a positive, supportive climate and environment that results in ALL students achieving their extraordinary success. QUALIFICATIONS: New York State certification and or eligible to be certified as School Building Administrator (SBA) and or; School District Administrator (SDA). At least five years teaching experience at the intermediate, middle or secondary level. Background/experience in school administration preferred, not required. Demonstrated deep knowledge and success in the implementation and/or supervision of project based learning, literacy and numeracy instruction and leading a school environment that is inclusive for all. Understands the essential elements of a middle school and is committed to a middle level model.
