POSITION: Art Teacher Full Time Probationary Appointment LOCATION: High School QUALIFICATIONS: New York State certified (or certifiable) in art; familiarity with current research, methodology and learning standards in art. Previous background/ experience desirable. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are examples of typical duties association with the position; but the list is not all inclusive, and other duties appropriate to the position may also be assigned. 1. Delivery of high school art program; 2. Participation as required and/or able, on building and district curriculum or program committees; 3.
