We are seeking passionate and skilled Elementary Teachers to build strong foundations in literacy, math, and executive function skills. The ideal candidate brings expertise in the Science of Reading, differentiated instruction, and data-driven teaching within a developmentally appropriate classroom. Responsibilities : Deliver explicit, systematic literacy instruction aligned to the Science of Reading Implement concept-based math instruction (e.g., Illustrative Math) Teach and support executive function skills and social-emotional development Use data (including STAR assessments) to guide small-group instruction and interventions Differentiate to meet diverse learner needs Create a purposeful learning environment Collaborate as an active, positive team member Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with families to create a home-school connection Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education.
