Responsibilities: Monitor and support student health and safety throughout the school day. Assist with the implementation of behavior plans and interventions. Collect and record data (behavioral and academic). Support students’ social and emotional well-being. Reinforce positive behavior and appropriate interactions with peers and adults. Support students during classroom activities, transitions, and other school routines. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address student needs. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school-based team. Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred. Experience working with students with special needs is a plus.
