Qualifications Certification in Spanish 7â12 preferred Demonstrated knowledge of effective language-acquisition pedagogy and instructional strategies Ability to develop engaging lessons that support differentiated instruction and accommodate diverse learners Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families Commitment to fostering a culturally inclusive and globally aware classroom environment Proficiency with educational technology and digital tools to support instruction
