The Head JV Boys Basketball Coach will lead the junior varsity program at Byram Hills High School, focusing on player development, team play, and preparing athletes for varsity-level competition. The coach will be responsible for planning and conducting practices, implementing game strategies, and creating a positive and disciplined team culture.The coach will collaborate with the varsity staff to align the program’s vision and goals while supporting athletes in improving their technical and tactical basketball skills. Additional responsibilities include game-day management, communication with families, and adherence to school and athletic department policies.Candidates should have strong basketball knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for player development. Previous coaching experience is preferred.
