POSITION TITLE: LPN Nurse for 12:1:1 ClassroomCERTIFICATION: NYS LPN Nursing License, Certified in CPRGENERAL DUTIES: Assist students with on-going health care needs Administer prescribed medications Promotes and protects the optimal health status of school-age children Develop and implement student health plans Develop procedures and provide for emergency nursing management for injuries/illnesses Where applicable, participates in the IEP plan development Complete NYS mandated reports Other duties as assignedACS is a rural school district located in the heart of the Thousands Islands region of the St. Lawrence River in Alexandria Bay, NY.
