Encourage students to participate in research symposiums and science research competitions.Develop partnerships with universities, research institutions and industry professionals to provide students with opportunities for collaboration and mentorship. Demonstrated commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment for all learners.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students, colleagues, and external partners.
