This position involves the performance of all mechanical and operation tasks in the maintenance, repair and operation of a diesel/natural gas generation electric power plant at an apprentice level, and is expected to perform the skilled and mechanical work necessary to maintain and ensure operation of the power plant. Employee is responsible for maintaining the plant in a clean and orderly condition as well as assisting in overhauling large diesel/natural gas generator units as well as power plant auxiliary equipment. They are expected to perform routine mechanical tasks using hand and power tools. Employees should exhibit ability to think and act quickly in an emergency situation. Does related work as required. Experience: One year of experience in the operation and/or maintenance of mechanical equipment such as gas engines, diesel engines or electric generating equipment.Apply on OLAS
