Rockland BOCES has an immediate vacancy in our PTECH Program.PROGRAM:               PATHWAYS IN TECHNOLOGY EARLY COLLEGEHIGH SCHOOL (P-TECH) - Hudson Valley P-TECH is a specialized STEM Early College High School program utilizing Project-Based Learning as our instructional framework. Students graduate with a High School diploma and Associates Degree within six years. We also integrate practical learning experiences through our business and higher education partnerships and we embrace a culture of collaboration and collective expertise. POSITION:                 Teaching Assistant –1.0 FTE                                    Candidate will support teachers and English Language Learners in classes.                                   CERTIFICATION:      NYS Teaching Assistant certification required.Bilingual and/or Minority Candidates are encouraged to apply.
