Red Door Therapeutic Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality pediatric therapy services to children ages 3–5. Services are delivered in our outpatient facility, as well as in local preschools, daycares, and home-based settings. We offer flexible scheduling options and welcome applicants interested in full-time, part-time, or fee-for-service opportunities.Required Qualifications:Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational TherapyMinimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in occupational therapyCurrent New York State licensure in Occupational TherapyKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with each child’s IEPProvide therapy to support the development of fine motor, visual motor, sensory integration, cognitive, and social-emotional skillsMaintain accurate and timely session documentation, including daily notes and attendanceMonitor and collect data on IEP goals; prepare and submit quarterly progress reportsPrepare comprehensive annual review reports and present findings during school district review meetingsDevelop appropriate IEP goals and contribute to relevant IEP sectionsConduct and document formal occupational therapy evaluationsCollaborate with families and educators to support the child’s development and progressCompensation & Benefits:$60.00-$70.00/ hourSalary: $70,000 (negotiable depending on experience).Benefits for Full-Time Employees: 401(k), medical insuranceJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractAt Red Door, we are committed to supporting our therapists with a collaborative environment, flexible scheduling, and professional growth opportunities.
