The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District is seeking a qualified school counselor to fill a short term leave. The successful candidate must demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for working with high school students. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Working collaboratively with instructional staff and leadershipCultivating a high-quality education for studentsParticipating in planning to provide a comprehensive school counseling program to ensure every student’s academic needs are met.Develop strategies to support students’ academic achievement and personal/social development so that all students may engage in challenge and growth.Experience in scheduling is required.Experience in CDOS, CTE, career-related programming and implementing the ASCA model and framework preferred.
