Principal Key Qualities:• Proven ability to motivate staff and students to achieve excellence;• Team development and leadership skills;• Ability to work collaboratively with staff members, and administrators;• Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, parents and the community;• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.• Possess sound knowledge of school laws, rules, and regulations, and to be fully aware of State requirements with respect to curriculum, instruction and reporting through ongoing communicate with SED and within the District in order to make sure that the school implements State requirementsQualified candidates will have:• NYS School administrative certification (SBL); • Record of outstanding leadership and personal qualities of good character;• A strong background in teaching, curriculum, and use of data;Salary Range: $112,000 - 120,000 (based on experience)RCS prefers an online application.
