Teacher - Grade 4 General Education(Long-Term Substitute)The Putnam Valley Central School District has an anticipated vacancy for a grade 4 general education long-term sub teacher from January - May 2024. (Approximately 15 weeks.) Incumbent will provide general education instruction to students in grade 4. Planning and teaching lessons in all content areas, including the preparation for and administration of NYS exams in ELA and Math. Strong knowledge of curriculum required, along with effective classroom management and excellent communication skills. Experience in TESOL preferred.New York State Childhood Ed 1-6 certification required; TESOL certification preferred. Candidates with dual certification will be given priority.
