Duties: Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES is anticipating the need for a full-time Practical Nursing Instructor for the 2025-2026 School Year to teach certified nurse aide to high school students. The Instructor will prepare students for the Nurse’s Aide certification through theory preparation as well as clinical rotations at area nursing homes.Qualifications: Must be a Registered Nurse and be willing to pursue New York State Education Department issued Practical Nursing 7-12 certificate.Characteristics Desired: Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be patient, empathetic, and flexible. Successful candidate must be committed to the BOCES Mission of Service and Innovation through Partnership.
