QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply RESPONSIBILITIES:Versed in elementary curriculum to support teacher and student growth.Skilled in classroom management strategies to maximize instructional outcomes.Knowledge of higher-level questioning to promote cognitve engagement.Experience with building a master schedule.Proficient in designing testing schedules in accordance with state assessments and knowledge of testing accommodations.Skilled in planning and implementing assembly schedules to minimize disruption to the instructional setting.Versed in restorative practices to address student disciplinary concerns.Knowledge of Project Based Learning practices to support interdisciplinary learning and student engagement.Skilled at collaborative decision-making.Knowledge of Special Education Regulations and Part 154 Regulations.Versed in implementing RTI processes to support intervention and growth.Other building leadership tasks as assigned by the building principal and other supervising administrators.
