CiTi BOCES has an anticipated opening for a Dental Assistant Teacher. This program is designed for 11th and 12th grade students who have an identified interest in the field, as well as adult learners who are interested in pursuing a new career pathway. This teacher is responsible for providing an instructional program that will introduce students to the knowledge and skills needed for success in the field.This position follows the 10-month school calendar. Retirement and medical benefits available. On-going support is provided to assist candidates who are new to the teaching field.Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain a valid NYS Teaching certificate in Dental Assisting trades 7-12. Teaching experience is preferred, but appropriate industry experience is highly valued as well.
