The City School District of New Rochelle is seeking a NYS teacher certified in TESOL for a leave replacement position for grades 9-12. Candidate should have experience in teaching ENL students at all proficiency levels and will be responsible for developing ENL lesson plans and activities using the CSDNR ENL Scope and Sequence. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following: developing ENL lesson plans and activities using the District's ENL Scope and Sequence, employing ENL and literacy strategies to support and prepare students for the NYSESLAT and English Regents, organizing coursework and learning resources, and maintaining and monitoring student attendance.
