Food service workers report directly to the Director of Food Services and the building principal. Expectations:Basic knowledge of the proper method of serving foodBasic knowledge of the principles and practices of sanitation and personal hygiene as applied to the preparation and serving of foodAbility to use and care for food service equipment and appliancesAbility to understand and follow oral and written instructionsAbility to perform physical activity of positionAbility to use a cash registerOther duties, as assigned Requirements:Completion of eighth grade education Fingerprint clearance from NYS
