The Department of Curriculum Instruction & Technology is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide support for the numerous services provided by the Nassau BOCES Mental Health Consortium, School Community Partnerships and School Climate Survey. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing in-person and virtual training for district staff Interpretation of data and creating associated reports Presenting data and reports to component district central office staff Moderating and coordinating a variety of support staff collegial groups and professional development Managing vendor communications and invoice submissions across multiple partnerships Serving as the Regional Liaison for McKinney Vento Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS: New York State Education Department Certification: School District Leader (SDL) or School District Administrator (SDA) New York State Education Department Certification: School Building Leader (SBL) or School Administrator and Supervisor (SAS) is preferred Three or more years of administrative experience Ability to develop and sustain strong relationships with component school districts Ability to create and execute effective professional development and training Strong collaboration, planning and communication skills are essential Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint Extensive experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom
