The Nassau BOCES’ Department of Health and Allied Services is seeking a School Psychologist. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to conducting psychological re-evaluations, developing and monitoring FBAs & BIPs, delivering individual and group counseling as per student IEP mandates, supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs, and maintaining accurate records, counseling logs, and Medicaid related documents.Requirements:- NYS Certification: School Psychologist is required- Strong behavioral training/experience and/or BCBA certified - Expertise in Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
