Nassau BOCES Department of Special Education Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (anticipated) Description:Full Time Tenure track positions are anticipated for the 21-22 school year.Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing needed to provide itinerant services to students in our schools and component districts.Requirements:Knowledge and experience working with students classified with hearing loss and/or deafness.  Knowledge of FM systems and cochlear implants is highly preferred.  Strong interpersonal skills needed.  Appropriate NYS Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Certification is required.Salary: Commensurate with contract May 15, 2021
